According to the law guests have to register with the hotel during their stay by giving their personal data and their private address.  Making false statements is an offense. Our employees are authorized to check ID cards and passports.


We offer our guests a comprehensive breakfast buffet in the restaurant in the main building, which can be booked for the entire stay at a special price during check-in.


Travellers must be prepared to pay the stay completely when checking-in. The payment is possible in cash, with Giropay, Maestro, V-Pay, Visa- and Mastercard in €.


Our guests receive a contactless smart card that serves various functions during their stay and must therefore always be taken with you when leaving the room. The card should be handled with care. In particular, it must not be bent or kinked.This card not only opens your hotel room, it also gives you access to all areas of the hotel that are relevant to you.
During your stay in the hotel room, you must insert the card into the card reader next to the room door to switch on the electricity in the room.

Changes to your booking

If you have booked with us directly or without commission, our reception staff can easily change your booking in the context of the booking and cancellation conditions or call the new total price, which would result from the desired change.
Just come by the reception or call us on the internal number 100.

For bookings via intermediaries, the booking conditions apply as stated in the booking confirmation of the agent. Changes are only possible via the intermediary and only if the conditions allow. Exceptions are not possible.

Departure - Check-Out

On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.
An extension of the check-out time may be agreed for a fee.

If the rooms are not cleared in time, the consequential costs are borne.


Please return the smart card to the front desk when checking-out or leave it on the desk in the room when departing.
