Internet Access

In all our guestrooms as well as in all public areas of the Hotel you have access to the Internet via the hotel's wi-fi resp. wireless LAN. To register your device please connect to the wireless network „NeuHeidelberg-WPA“ and enter „Heidelberg28“ for the security on the Wi-Fi. Then you open the browser and follow further steps if requested.

The terms of use below apply to the use of our network and our Internet access.

Furthermore we also offer an additional wireless network "NeuHeidelberg-WPA-faster", which is optimized for newer devices. (In detail, only WLAN channels in the less busy 5 GHz range are offered and higher minimum requirements for the encryption used are mandatory.) The code for the security on the Wi-Fi is "Heidelberg28" again.
If your mobile device can see the wireless network "NeuHeidelberg-WPA-faster", you will benefit from using it.

FEELGOOD HOTEL:

In the hotel rooms you also have LAN connections at the desks. Access codes are not required for using the LAN port. A cable can be borrowed at the reception.

In cooperation with the Heidelberg University, the city of Heidelberg offers one of the largest urban WLAN networks in Germany at over 200 locations in the city.
Under the name "Heidelberg4You" everyone can enjoy a public and free WiFi Internet access after a short registration.
