Adapters: Your guestroom features electric outlets where all common power plugs can be used without the need for an adapter. Furthermore a number of power and computer adapters as well as common chargers can be lent at the reception.

Allergies: All items of our bet clothes are allergy friendly and are washed regularly.

ATM: A number of banks with ATMs can be found in „Marktstraße“ or in Eppelheim along „Hauptstraße“. There is also an ATM at the entrance of the supermarket „Kaufland“.

Attractions: In Heidelberg and in the surrounding area can you find a lots of sights and attractions that are worth visiting. We have brochures available and can give you recommendations if you desire.

Bar: The bar in our Restaurant „BrunnenStube“  is open for you Monday to Friday from 17.30. More information can be found under „Restaurant“ below.

Bathrobe: You can receive a bathrobe for the time of your stay for a fee of 5.00 EUR. Please contact the reception if you are interested.

Bathroom Seat: We can provide you with a seat for the bathroom/the shower if desired. Please inform the front desk if you are interested.

Bicycles: We have bicycles to lend for 10 € per day. Please contact the reception if you are interested.

Breakfast Buffet: You can enjoy our breakfast buffet in our breakfast room on the ground floor between 06.45 and 09.30 from Monday to Friday, 07.30 to 10.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The latest information about the breakfast times is announced in the lobby.

Baby-Sitting: We can provide you with a baby-monitor so that you can spend the evening relaxed in our restaurant while your baby or child sleeps in your room. On an early advance request we can also arrange a babysitter for you.

Bed Linen Change: Even if it is not dirty, your bed linen is changed every 3-4 days usually. At a surcharge of 10.00 EUR per person and night, you also can get your bed linen changed every day if you wish.

Car Rentals: The best way to compare the offers of the car rentals is a search on the Internet. Alternatively you can call the car rentals listed in the phonebook or the yellow pages.

 

Check-In Time: The check-in is possible daily from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please come to the reception at the Feelgood Hotel (Kranichweg 15).

Check-Out Time: On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11.00. Please also check the information under „Departure“. You can ask the front desk (extention 100) if a late check-out is possible and what the surcharge is.

Cinema: There are 3 cinemas in Heidelberg with several screens each. Sometimes movies are shown in english language also, but often not the latest ones. Their schedule can be found in the local daily paper. Please also check under „Events“.

Church Services: Germany is a mainly christian country. There are a number of roman-catholic
(->Vatican) and protestant communities in Heidelberg. While the catholics are rather traditional, the major protestant church in Germany is very liberal compared to protestant churches in other countries. If you are interested in visiting a service please contact the reception.
Sometimes there are english services in Heidelberg as well.

Comfortable Sleeping: Of course you can get an another pillow or blanket on request. A wide selection of special pillows can be obtained at the front desk.

Cosmetical and Sanitary Products: A selection of common cosmetical and sanitary products as well as slippers can be purchased at the reception.

Cultural Events: Besides the theater of the city of Heidelberg, there are 2 smaller independent theaters in Heidelberg: „Zimmertheater“ and „Taeter Theater“. Mannheim's „Nationaltheater“ is the biggest in the region and must also be mentioned. Please also check under „Events“.

Departure: Please inform us immediately of any alteration you wish to make to your booking. Please notice that the room rate you were given with your reservation is only valid for the number of rooms and nights your reservation was made for. At the day of departure please vacate your room until 11.00.

Doctors and Pharmacies: For individual information and recommendations please contact the reception. In case of an emergency call the emergency number (0)112.

Electricity: In Germany the electricity has 230 Volts at 50 Hz. Please make sure that all your devices are made or can be set for this voltage. You may only use electrical devices which were tested successfully to comply with german and european standards.

Emergency: In case of emergency please contact reception immediately (extention 100 or 700) for support. If this is not possible please contact the official emergency numbers directly:

Events: If you are interested in arranging a celebration, a business dinner or a meeting in our Hotel, please do not hesitate to contact the reception where you will be consulted and where you can get a individual offer.
If you are interested on events in Heidelberg, then you can find calendars of events in the lobby and in our daily newspapers so you can get all information about the broad variety of events in Heidelberg.

Express Check-Out: If you settled all of your bill in advance already or you have given us a personally signed pre-authorization on your credit card for at least the total of all charges – including all extras such as buffet breakfast, parking, drinks etc. - then you do not have to come to the front desk for check-out. But in doubt you better pass the reception or call at the phone number 100 before you leave. The key card can be left at the desk in the room then.

Hotel Card: You received a smartcard at check-in. Please take it with you during your whole stay since it opens your guestroom as well as the relevant doors in the public areas at any time of day and it gives access to services as the buffet breakfast.
Hold (not wipe or wave!) it at the card readers and the doors will open. When being in the room the card must be put in the card holder next to the room door. Do not fold or bend the card and do not put it in your back pocket. The cards must be returned at check-out.

Internet-Access: In all our guestrooms as well as in all public areas of the Hotel you have access to the Internet via the hotel's wi-fi resp. wireless LAN. To register your device please connect to the Wi-Fi „NeuHeidelberg-WPA“ and enter „Heidelberg“ for the security on the Wi-Fi. Then you open the browser and follow further steps if requested.
In all our hotel rooms you also have a LAN socket at the writing desk at your service. No authentication is required for utilizing the LAN connection. LAN cables are available at the front desk.

Ironing: You can iron your laundry in our laundry room or you can get your laundry ironed by our staff at a fee. In urgent cases you can even get your items back within one hour, but then we charge 1.00 EUR per minute worktime. For further information please contact the front desk.

IT-Support: In case you are unable to set up your digital device with the settings commonly needed for using a public internet hotspot, then we can also offer you an experienced IT support at a time-based fee. For more information also about the cost please contact the reception.

Laundry-Service: You can hand over your laundry for washing or dry-cleaning at the front desk. When handing-over your clothes before 08.30 your laundry is usually returned from washing the same day but definetly on the following workday. Clothes are returned from dry-cleaning after one workday. We charge the fees of the external partner plus a handling fee of 5.00 EUR – on the week-end 10.00 EUR.
Please understand that if you damage furniture when trying to wash and dry laundry in the room, you will be liable for it.
Luggage Service: You can get your luggage delivered from your car or the hotel's entrance to your room or vice versa at a service charge of 5.00 EUR.

Luggage Storage: Of course we store your luggage for your convenience, if you wish to untertake something in Heidelberg on your day of departure. Just hand over your luggage items at reception.

Maxi-Bar: Drinks for taking to the room can be obtained at the „Maxi-Bar“ self-service on level 3. Please inform us about your consumption at check-out.

Messages: All messages, which we receive for you, are usually delivered directly to your room.

Parking: Parking is no problem and free of charge around the hotel as long as you do not block someone's driveway. Parking is only prohibited in the side street in front of our restaurant. Using the hotel's private parking is available at a fee and must be enabled on the hotelcard.

Pets: For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Photocopies: You can get photocopies made at the reception.

Pillow Choice: In addition to the 2 different pillows which are provided for each guest on the bed already, we also offer neck support pillows and neck rolls at the front desk.

Printouts: You can get printouts of PDF files if you bring them to the reception on a USB stick.

Reception: The reception is at your service from 06.00 to 22.30 on workdays and 06.45 to 22.30 on the weekend and on public holidays. Or you simply call extention 100 from your room.

Radio: Your Smart-TV also offers a variety of german and international radio channels, which follow after the TV channels.

Repairs: If you find something in your room not working properly, then please do not hesitate to inform the reception so it can be repaired.

Restaurant: Our tasteful Restaurant „BrunnenStube“  is open for you Monday to Friday from 17.30. You are offered a variety of regional and seasonal specialities as well as international meals, prepared with a lot experience and served in a wonderful ambient. Of course the menu is also available in english. Our Chef's current specials can also be read in the elevator and the Hotel's Lobby.

Room-Cleaning: To enable room-cleaning, please leave your room for a certain time before noon and please place the door sign with the „Please make up room“ side at your room door. Otherwise we recommend to put the door sign with the »Do not disturb« side at your door to ensure that you are really not disturbed.

Room Service: All drinks offered in the restaurant are also available as room-service from 06.00 to 22.30 on workdays and from 06.45 to 22.30 on the weekend.
All dishes offered in the restaurant are also available as room-service at the restaurant's opening hours. Outside of the restaurant's opening hours, a selection of dishes is offered from 08.00 to 22.00 as room-service. The room-service menu can be found on one of the following pages.
There is a room service surcharge of 20% at a minimum of 5.00 EUR per course.
Please call extention 400 if you are interested.

Safe: There is a safe in the wardrobe of your room where you can lock your valuables if you wish. Please follow the instructions on the safe.

Scans: At the recepetion you can get documents scanned and saved as PDF files if you bring a USB stick also.

Sewing Kit: A sewing kit can be purchased at the reception.

Sewing Service: We can do common sewing jobs for you if you desire. We charge 1.00 EUR per minute for this service.

Shoe Shine: A shoe polishing machine can be found on level 1. At a service charge of 1.00 EUR per minute you can also get your shoes polished by us if you desire.

Shopping: The best area for shopping is Heidelberg's old town and there especially the Main Street ("Hauptstraße"). Most stores are open Mon.-Sat. 09.00 to 20.00. Normal shops are closed on Sundays.

Shuttle-Service: For a shuttle to the airport in Frankfurt (FRA) we recommend Heidelberg's biggest and oldest shuttle service company TLS. For further information please contact the reception or check www.tls-heidelberg.de .

Sights and Trips: In Heidelberg and in the surrounding area can you find a lots of sights and points of interest that are worth visiting. We have brochures available and can give you recommendations if you desire.

Smoking: All our guestrooms are non-smoking rooms. According to "§7 Landes­nicht­raucher­schutz­ge­setz" smoking is forbidden by law in all public areas of the hotel, but allowed outside on the terrace. We appreciate your co-operation.

Sports: There is a large variety of sports facilities in our area. For jogging we can recommend nice routes along the fields not far from our Hotel. See →"Wellness and Fitness" also.

Television: Your guestroom features a Smart-TV with Internet connection, which shows the following TV channels:

<Country-Code starting with 00><Area-Code><Line-Number>, e.g. for a call to USA: 
0  001  555  5555555. You can call worldwide directly via our provider "Deutsche Telekom".
For telephone calls inside the hotel (free of charge) dial directly the room number.

Apartments in our nearby apartment building can also be called internally and free of charge by dialing 5<apartment no. in 2 digits>, e.g. 502.
Your room can be called from outside directly by dialing 7382-<your room no.>
The full number to dial throu to your room can be found on your telephone.
If you do not answer the phone, an external caller can leave a message on your voice mailbox. The system will then try to call you multiple times for a notification (between 0700 to 2200) or you call "9<your-room-number>" to check your calls.

Towel-Change: Your towels are automatically replace when they are dirty or wet. You can get your towels replace every day if you put them on the floor.

Umbrellas: You can lend an umbrella from the reception if you need one during your stay.

Water: The tap water in the bathroom is potable and checked on a regular basis. Bottled water can be obtained from the → Maxi-Bar.

Wake-Up Call: You can set up your telephone for a wake-up if you wish. Lift the receiver of your telephone, enter „*“ then the desired time in 24h mode as 4 digits and „#“ at the end.
For example to get a wake-up call at 8.00 a.m. you enter *0800# and hang up. You will then get a call at 08.00.

Wellness and Fitness: Just 200m from the Hotel a large and professional fitness center can be found which offers a huge variety of facilites and courses at special day tariffs for hotel guests.

Wi-Fi: In all our guestrooms as well as in all public areas of the Hotel you have access to the Internet via the hotel's wi-fi resp. wireless LAN.
