Make a New Booking

Always book directly with us - either online or offline - because guests who book directly are particularly important to us and you have a number of advantages:

• Free early check-in: If you arrive early, we will be happy to check whether the room is ready for occupancy and if so, you can check in immediately and at no extra charge.
• Preferred room allocation: For direct bookings - online and offline - we always allocate a hotel room immediately, taking into account the guest's special wishes as well as special properties of individual rooms wherever this is possible without an extra charge.
• Modification of your booking: Direct bookings - online and offline - can be modified easily and conveniently at the reception or by phone or email directly.
• Lower prices for hotel services: As there are no agency fees for direct bookings, our hotel rooms and some additional services are cheaper or even free of charge for direct bookers.
• Payment on departure: Since direct bookings can be modified also during the stay, direct bookers normally pay - if they have not decided for a special rate with prepayment - on departure.
• Free city map with city guide: We have city maps with city guide from Heidelberg Marketing, which we give free of charge to direct bookers.
• Free calls: For direct bookers, calls to German landlines are included.
• Replacement invoice by email: Every week we receive several inquiries from business travelers who cannot find the invoice of their stay. Direct bookers receive a PDF of the invoice by email free of charge.
• Sending of items left behind: It happens almost daily that guests forget something in the hotel room. The delivery of these items is free of charge for direct bookers - in some cases we only have to calculate the actual transport costs.
• Competent, personal advice: Many guests, who often only focus on price when searching for a hotel room, are not aware that there are different services and conditions behind different prices and are surprised if they become aware of this when they arrive at the hotel. Therefore you should not miss our competent, personal advice!
• Best price guarantee: It is really important to us that guests who book directly and commission-free with us online or offline always get the best conditions.
  Accordingly, it is a matter of course for us that - should you have seen the same service somewhere cheaper at the same booking conditions since your direct booking - we will make you the same offer or adjust your booking accordingly in your favor until the day of arrival.
  But we differentiate between automatic online bookings (as above) and bookings that we have to make manually, where we check your booking and advise you.
  If, for example, you have found more favorable conditions on a website on the Internet than you have booked with us online, please send us a link or a screenshot with which we can check the other offer.
  If your notice is justified, you will receive the more favorable conditions and we get valuable information about which distribution channel has irregularities.
