Check-In

The check-in time is 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day.

For the check-in please come to the front desk in our main building (Kranichweg 15) where you are welcomed personally.
This also applies to guests who have booked a room in our guesthouse.

Our reception is available on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 6:45 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Early Check-In

We can only give a promise that a hotel room will be ready for occupancy before 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival if we keep the room free for you the previous night and charge this night additionally.
Otherwise we can of course not provide any information or commitments as to whether or when an early check-in is possible, since we have no influence on when the previous guests vacate the room.

Guests who have booked directly at the hotel or via the hotel's website can check-in earlier at no extra charge when the room is ready. Otherwise an early check-in is subject to an early check-in fee.

Guests who have booked through a travel agency or an online service always contact the agent's hotline, which must be given (usually only small and hidden in the text) on their booking confirmation, with their questions.

Late Check-In

Guests who have booked directly at the hotel or via the hotel website can call during the opening hours of the reception and arrange that their room card will be deposited in the key box at the hotel entrance of the Feelgood Hotel (Kranichweg 15).

*** The self-check-in at the hotel's entrance in Kranichweg 15 is currently out of service. ***

There is also a self-check-in terminal at the entrance of the Feelgood Hotel and at the entrance to the Guesthouse, where you can check-in in connection with a card payment (-> PIN required). However, since these devices can also be disturbed by incorrect operation and because the data for bookings through sales partners sometimes also contain errors, we can only guarantee the personal check-in during the check-in times.

Guests who have booked through a travel agency or an online service always contact the agent's hotline, which must be given (usually only small and hidden in the text) on their booking confirmation, with their questions.
